A.L. "Abe" Latker (1896-1966) was an independent petroleum landman who leased and managed oil and mineral properties for others. He was also a buyer of speculative mineral rights. After his death, his sister, Stella M. Latker, continued to manage the properties until her death in 1994. From the description of A.L.
